Do all systems have to move to the cloud?
No. Systems can remain on existing servers, use cloud services, or combine both approaches. The decision depends on your applications, connectivity, budget and data requirements.
Is support available 24/7?
Automated monitoring and alerts run around the clock. Response terms for events and requests are defined in the service plan.
Can we order setup only?
Yes. We can provide a one-off audit or configure a VPN, remote workspace or individual service. We recommend ongoing support for reliable long-term operation.
Can you support offices outside Ukraine?
Yes. We support distributed teams remotely and have experience working with offices and employees in Europe, North America, Israel and Asia.
